WHAT ARE THEY?
Holistic therapies are approaches that take into account the body, mind, and soul with the aim of improving well-being. They are based on the idea that physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected.
These therapies combine the spiritual dimension, the search for meaning, and self-connection with personal development practices to enhance individual potential.
They provide a respectful environment that recognizes the uniqueness of each person and promote a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Holistic Coaching - Inner Child (in-person or online)
As a holistic coach, my approach is to accompany and guide individuals in their personal and/or professional journeys, taking into account all aspects of their being. Success and well-being can only be achieved when we integrate our inner, emotional, and spiritual dimensions with our external goals.
Together, we will explore your true essence, clarify your values and deepest aspirations, and align your actions with your overall vision of life. But there is something special about my coaching approach—the connection and work with the inner child are an important part. The inner child is that part of us that holds our dreams, our most sincere emotions, and our ability to experience pure joy. But it is also the part that carries wounds, limiting beliefs, fears, and traumas.
Through years of experience, I have developed a unique approach to this particular connection, which is the key to freeing ourselves from fears and what holds us back from being calm and happy.
Another characteristic of my coaching is that I use my ability to sense people and read where their blocks are. If you will, it's as if I can clearly read the treasure map that each of us has within.
The tools I use are varied: visualization, meditations, role-playing, NLP... as many tools as necessary to help you journey towards your happiness.

Meditation - Calming the Mind, Feeling the Body
My first encounter with meditation was over 14 years ago during my battle with cancer. I was told that meditation would benefit me, but I had no idea how to do it. Eventually, meditation found me through various encounters...
You may already meditate, or you may be a beginner. That's okay because meditation is a personal practice, and there is no right or wrong way to do it—the essential thing is to give it a try.
It is truly an incredible practice for calming the mind and nourishing the soul. There are various ways to meditate, each offering a different approach that suits individuals. Whether you choose mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, walking meditation, or other techniques, each style will help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate inner peace, and discover the wisdom that lies within you.
Through experience, I know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. That's why I teach different types of meditation to help you find the one that resonates with you the most.
Conscious Body Expression - Connecting Body and Emotions
We live in a society that empowers the mind, neglecting its connection with the body. However, the body is the seat of our emotions and sensations, and yet, expressing emotions is often frowned upon. This disconnection leads to imbalances and discomfort.
Restoring the mind-body connection is essential for our well-being. It involves fully embracing our emotions and expressing them in a healthy way. By giving the body its rightful place, we align with our authentic selves.
This practice places the body-mind connection at the heart of the equation and allows us to delve deeply into and overcome our emotional blocks. Accompanied by music, we gently and compassionately reconnect with our sensations and emotions.
Therapeutic Theater - Reclaiming Power over the Past
A few years ago, I began using role-playing with the individuals I accompanied to allow them to replay situations they had experienced and that continued to affect them. Given the extremely positive results for individuals, I decided to make it a practice to help people understand situations from a different perspective, change their point of view, and reclaim power over a painful past or present.
The Role of Your Life is a powerful tool that positively contributes to our personal liberation. It provides a safe and creative space where we can explore these past experiences and reinterpret them in a way that allows us to free ourselves from their grip. By taking on different roles and playing out different scenes, we offer ourselves the opportunity to revisit those key moments and explore new perspectives.
This playful and immersive approach empowers us to rewrite our story, transform our emotions, and release the blocks that hold us back. By reconnecting with our inner strength, we free ourselves from the weight of the past and create space for healing, growth, and fulfillment.
Sound Bath - A Moment for the Body, Mind, and Soul
The sound bath is a spiritually oriented practice that uses instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to calm the mind and reconnect with our bodies.
Harmonious sounds soothe our minds and immerse us in a state of deep relaxation. The vibrations permeate our being, providing a sense of well-being. In this state of calm, we explore our inner world, embarking on a meditative journey.
The sound bath is an invitation to let go, release tensions, and nourish our entire being. Immerse yourself in this transformative experience and rediscover inner balance. Join us for a session that guides you toward relaxation, spiritual connection, and self-discovery.
