These wounds, often buried beneath layers of protection, can influence our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in our adult lives.

Becoming aware of this wounded inner child is essential to begin a process of healing and reconciliation with oneself. This aspect of your being holds the memories, emotions, and dreams of your youth, and it holds the key to your authenticity and joy of living.

Embark on an Inner Journey and discover the power that lies within you. You will become the hero (or heroine) of your own story where each chapter reveals a new facet of your inner being.

WHO ARE WE?
We are two holistic therapists, different yet complementary, each bearing tools to help release buried emotions and transcend fears, beliefs, and traumas, transforming them into strengths and potentials.
As a holistic therapist, I guide those who seek it towards reconnecting with themselves and realizing their potential before reaching a breaking point.
My therapeutic approach is based on coaching, NLP, visualization, body expression, role-playing, sound healing, and energy healing. These activities focus on our mind, body, and being to facilitate an essential reconnection to our evolution and fulfillment.

I am Sébastien, a personal development therapist, and my goal is to accompany individuals through various tools such as hypnosis, EFT, and NLP. My aim is to provide a better understanding of psychological, physical, and energetic mechanisms to facilitate a reconnection between the body and the soul.
